I. Jesus, Our Supreme Example:      Philippians 2:8

And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death even death on a cross!

             1.          Grow in grace.                2 Peter 3:8

             2.          Pray with confidence.     Acts 4:31

             3.          Love the family.             1 John 3:16-17

             4.          Strive for UNITY.           Ephesians 4:3

             5.          Claim the Power.            Colossians 1:9

II. Jesus, Our Incredible Motivator:     Colossians 3:23

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men,

             1.          He has a creative claim on our lives.

             2.          He has a redemptive claim on our lives.

             3.          He has a directive claim on our lives.

III. Jesus, Our Ultimate Encourager:    Philippians 4:9

Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

             1.          Don't lose heart .            2 Corinthians 4:16

             2.          Seek the will of God       Romans 12:1-2

             3.          Be patient and hopeful .    Philippians 4:13

             4.          Utilize your spiritual gifts .    Romans 12:6-8
